  • 9/2016 Prepare for trial and exchange of demonstrative exhibits by preparing 18 PowerPoint slides of case for impeachment and defenses.  PTSD/Personal injury case

  • Matrimonial distribution of assets:  Review and summarize personal and corporate asset documentation of 11 entities, including bank records.  Prepare spreadsheet database of nearly 40,000 pages of documents, assist with document production, Bates number documents, providing relevant documents to accounting experts.  (Active case, New Orleans)

  • 2012-2013 Consultant and Case Manager of data input and training 6 staff members. Health care class action defense representing health care PPO for retrieval of healthcare provider data.  Attended mediation to resolution. (Williams v. Best Comp, Inc., 27th Judicial District Court, Parish of St. Landry, State of Louisiana)
  • 2012 Retained as Case Manager and implement Database System to oversee documents for two firms (Covington/Shreveport, Louisiana) representing plaintiffs. BOP explosion of land based oil well. Total brain injuries of 2 of the 3 injured plaintiffs.  Case filed against several oil and gas defendants.  Review and management of oil well files and other documents, interviewing and vetting medical experts, including neuropsychiatrist and neuropsychologist, engineers, TBI nurse manager and other experts to prepare case for trial.   • 2010-2012 Case Manager/Implement Database System overseeing document management for 4 states and team of 12 paralegals in New Orleans. (Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill litigation on behalf of Transocean)
  • 2010 Assist with preparing for and attendance at trial for intellectual property seed trademark infringement on behalf of Monsanto.  (United States District Court, Northern District of Iowa)
  • 2009-2010  Case Manager/Implement Database System for corporate litigation of mortgage/banking client.
  • 2009 Hired for case management of intellectual property dispute reversed on appeal. Quickly brought boxes of documents and scores of deposition testimony into database for management, including engineering designs, drawings, etc.  Prepare for and attended 2 week trial.  34M verdict for client design/manufacturer of oil and gas navigation instruments and products.  Worked directly with engineers, experts, corporate clients and lawyers.   • 2006-2008  Products Liability Case.  Hurricane Katrina case management of heavy NFIP case load.  Assigned FEMA formaldehyde litigation for travel to Scotbilt Homes in Waycross, GA to review client documents and files for production.  Work with engineers to learn manufacturing process of modular homes, study/analysis of MSDS to identify/rule out products potentially containing formaldehyde.
  • 2001-2006 Implement Database Systems for chemical release cases in New Orleans.  Case Management involving over 5,000 individual non-class plaintiffs, numerous attorney representation and venues

  • 1996 Tobacco Litigation. Washington, D.C. assignment to review highly sensitive documents for defendant Philip Morris. Travel to VA to tour plant.  Review and select documents based on confidentiality and relevance for document production.
